• Communications: Messages you send to other users through our chat feature.
• Payment Information: Premium subscription payments are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We never see or store your card number; we receive only a transaction receipt for entitlement checks.

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the Service, features used, and time spent.
• Log Data: IP address, browser type, access times, and referring URLs.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

• If you sign up using Google or Apple, we receive basic profile information from those services (email, first name, and an opaque user identifier).

• Other Users: Your profile information is visible to other users as part of the matching experience. Matchmakers you authorize can view your profile on your behalf.

• Payment Processors: Apple App Store and Google Play Store process all in-app subscription purchases. HestiaMatch never sees your payment card.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.

• Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Passwordless authentication: one-time email codes and trusted-provider sign-in (Apple, Google) — there is no password to leak

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data

• Portability: Receive your data in a portable format
