• Spark Cards for real-life connections
• Matchmaker mode for helping friends and family
• Premium subscription features

4. User Account

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Upload content that is offensive, inappropriate, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to access other users' accounts

7. Matchmaker Mode

HestiaMatch allows users to act as matchmakers for friends and family. When using this feature:

• You must have permission from the person you are helping
• You are responsible for actions taken on their behalf
• The person being helped can revoke matchmaker access at any time

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features require payment:

• Premium Subscriptions: Billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Spark Cards: Physical cards purchased separately and shipped to you.

Refunds are handled according to Apple, Google, or our refund policies as applicable.

9. Social Media Integration

By connecting your social media accounts (Google, Apple, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat), you authorize us to access public profile information to enhance your experience. You can disconnect these accounts at any time.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the Service
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That you will find a match or relationship
• The accuracy of information provided by other users
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

12. Limitation of Liability
